Please read here below the terms and conditions governing customers’ requests, except as otherwise indicated and/or agreed upon during the booking process.
The Management of Corte dei Greci Resort & SPA reserves the right, however, to change the conditions for new requests without prior notice.
How to cancel the reservation
The request for availability is not binding and does not take the form of a contract for any of the involved subjects.
In case of positive availability, a notification will be sent to the Customer containing the summary of the conditions concerning the required stay (dates of stay and relevant amount) to be confirmed immediately. If customer will fail in confirming within the required time his/her request shall be deleted.
The reservation agreement will be finalized by the payment of a deposit by bank transfer.
Confirmation of advanced payment booking
Corte dei Greci Resort & SPA shall confirm the reservation just upon the credit amount receipt on its bank account.
Terms for the deposit
Term of payment: bank transfer
Requested deposit: 30% of the total stay amount
Up to 30 (thirty) working days before the scheduled check-in date: 10% of the deposit;
from 29 to 18 days before: 30% del prenotato;
from 17 to 10 days before: 50%;
from 9 to 3 days before: 75%;
beyond such above terms or NO SHOW: 100% of the deposit.
